The cost for the premium ads includes the subscription cost for regular advertising on the site.  Therefore if you currently pay monthly, then your current monthly subscription would be cancelled first. Similarly if you already have a yearly ad, this would be cancelled first and refunds would be credited against the cost of a premium listing.
